RuntimeError: uvloop does not support Windows at the moment

Impossible to install on a Windows computer.

From what I understand, there is a "winloop" version of "uvloop" and some sources seem to indicate that it should be possible to detect the OS when installing and select automatically the appropriate lib.

@tilleul same here. couldn't successfully install megaparse onto my windows project because of uvloop.
i'm also new to python, not familiar with setting up docker (if this was a solution to the uvloop problem)

@StanGirard please create a windows friendly version of MegaParse. Or could you suggest a solution to this problem?

You can bypass this by specifying the latest version in the installation megaparse==0.0.48
