The code meets the criteria for a Beta release. Integration tests, high level documentation, and substantial testing of the code integrated with a 3rd party application in a staging environment has been completed.

Initial pre-release of the RCommon framework. All components of the framework have been integration tested to some extent to verify completeness of the release. Future pre-release versions will have more complete unit testing, integration testing, samples and documentation. The requirement for this alpha release is that the framework must be integrated and working in a sample (yet to be released).
