Who to tag for reviews

I'm going to start tagging @RDFLib/core for reviews - if this is not working for anyone, I'm open to instead creating a team @RDFLib/core-reviewers and tagging that instead. Just let me know.

• Update 1: Okay actually it seems I can't tag @RDFLib/core for reviews, I think because @RDFLib/core is private, I will try creating @RDFLib/core-reviewers instead and make it public and see if I can tag that.
• Update 2: Okay, I created @RDFLib/core-reviewers and I can tag it for reviews, e.g. test: move test/variants into test/data #1862 - please let me know if anyone is interested to be in this team. This team does not give any special permissions.
• Update 3: Added Graham Higgins now, anyone else is also welcome.
