I am unable to access the management cluster web console. I tried to access it with RedHat's VPN turned on & off. In addition, I could not access the management cluster API from my workstation; I had to use the bastion host.

Accessing the cluster from the workstation:

oc login -u admin https://api.management.hypershift.lab:6443

error: dial tcp: lookup api.management.hypershift.lab: no such host - verify you have provided the correct host and port and that the server is currently running.

Do you have the correct name resolution defined in your /etc/hosts?
