A new page is needed to document the RITlug Slack. This is on the backlog for now, but should be written this spring semester.

@jwflory In addition to documenting the slack in general, it would be a good idea to document how the slack bridge works.

@Tjzabel @jrtechs With regards to the Matterbridge Slack bridge, we can drop that requirement for this doc, since it is managed in FOSSRIT/infrastructure.
