Error seen in huggingface torch benchmark: OPTForCasualLM
Only occurs after #3104

Model uncompiled mxr can be found in nas at:
migraphx/models/torch_benchmarks/OPTForCasualLM.mxr

Repro:
migraphx-driver compile OPTForCasualLM.mxr
