Background

  • We have defined form list fields in model controller

When

  • Form rendered
  • User change input type
  • Additional fields displayed
  • User press save button

Then

  • All entered fields stored to model [Expected]
  • Only form list fields saved to model [Got]

Possible solutions:

  1. Additional options block with possible setters
