Investigate Twilight Forest for inclusion

Twilight Forest is a staple mod that has existed for many versions. It has relatively recently been updated for 1.12. Its themes of exploration and minor magic do fit in with the thematics of our pack, however the integration may be complicated with Foundry.

I believe if we do add this mod, we should modify it. Its bosses requires some ultra op items from that mod to beat, and I want to see more possibilities
