[Feature] Add the calculator for calculating prime numbers in a given range #1812

Description

Add a calculator that identifies and lists all prime numbers between two user-defined values and also counts the total number of prime numbers in that range. This feature will help users not only find the primes but also understand the quantity within any specified range.
