Add a Mortgage-Calculator

Description

We need to add a Mortgage Calculator feature to the existing calculator application. This new calculator will allow users to compute monthly mortgage payments based on the following inputs:

Loan Amount: The total amount borrowed for the mortgage.
Interest Rate: The annual interest rate (expressed as a percentage).
Loan Term: The length of the mortgage in years.
