Managing multiple OpenVPN configurations

Capturing these suggestions from Open Collective contributor @greglox. These are proposed enhancements to RaspAP's handling of OpenVPN client certificates. Consider adding:

1. the ability to locally store the uploaded certificates. I would like to easily switch between my home vpn connection and a paid-for connection. Currently, I have to upload the .opvn file for each desired connection.
2. the ability, for each certificate, to have a unique 'username & password' or 'no username, but with password' or 'no username and no password'. Not all .opvn files will have the same credentials.
