bug(Twitter / X): Ads showing up when viewing replies to a tweet

Bug description

I'm using the 'Hide Ads' patch for twitter, and there doesn't seem to be any ads on the timeline.

However, recently I noticed that when clicking into a tweet and viewing its replies, ads are showing up:

There are massive ads on version 10.75.xx (maybe higher version).
Not only in replied tweets but also on home feeds.
Usually AdGuard can hide them (for temporary solution until ReVanced can fix it), but on version 10.75.xx they are can not be hidden.
