Issue Description

We want to push the /profile/blocked API to the prod

Steps to push this on PROD

Merge this PR as it will set the IDENTITY_SERVICE_PUBLIC_KEY key in the environment of PROD and STAGING.
Add the public key of identity service production in GitHub secrets with key name IDENTITY_SERVICE_PUBLIC_KEY and environment production.
Merge Dev to main PR
