Issue Description

There is a discrepancy in the dropdown menu behavior on the homepage. Unlike other pages where selecting a dropdown item navigates within the same tab, on the homepage, clicking a dropdown item opens a new tab.

Expected Behavior

Behavior should be consistent across all the sites

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to www.realdevsqaud.com
  2. Top right corner click on the drop-down menu and select any of the option
