Add Gogs to the OpenShift workshops to avoid the need for GitHub accounts #59

Which workshop are you referring to in this repo? The DevSecOps workshop I've used a few times has googs built in and some nice tooling to create repos and tie the webhooks in. |
Likely Mark means the Ansible and OpenShift 101 workshops.
