Add Gogs to the OpenShift workshops to avoid the need for GitHub accounts #59

We've had a couple of instances where GitHub was either unable to be accessed (port restrictions) or the users were not able (policy) to create accounts. If we had Gogs as an alternative hosted on the workshop's OCP instance, we could use that instead of GitHub.

Which workshop are you referring to in this repo? The DevSecOps workshop I've used a few times has googs built in and some nice tooling to create repos and tie the webhooks in.
