We currently have stats information about the subnetwork, nodes, edges, and go terms. the next step could be thinking about how to best arrange these stats into the stats panel w/ tabs as their categories

Nodes tab: currently has information about motifs

To do:

  • Add graphics that describe motifs like "Graph" tab
  • Make both tabs look similar aesthetically

  • Change Node Degree icon: larger node in center with smaller nodes connected to it (shows size of node indicates # of connections)

Add new stats:

  • Number of GO Proteins in subnetwork
  • Number of GO Proteins in subnetwork/Total number in species
