Feature Request: Back Button

Could we have a back button at the top of an instrument in the data collection view that's separate from the save button at the bottom? Sometimes we open an instrument by mistake or just to check the contents, but not to fill it out, and for long instruments we have to scroll to the bottom to return to the instrument list
