After loading a save state, I would like the emulator to not be able to load a state again until a certain amount of time has passed (around 1 second, or ideally when the state has finished loading). This would hopefully fix the issue with PPSSPP crashing RALibretro when loading a save state in the middle of loading a save state, or at least make it more difficult to do by accident.

I think another fix to the crash would be preferred if possible, like not being able to load until the previous load is finished.
I very frequently load Savestates very quickly back and forth when visually comparing memory ranges and would get pretty annoyed at having to wait a full second in between when doing so. Wouldn't be the worst thing but would at least be annoying.
that would be ideal, but I'd imagine a timer is the easier solution so that's what i suggested. Could make it so the timer is only active when running PSP, as that's the only console that is affected at the moment.
