MCPConfig updating is done automatically.

Steps:

Pull MCP archive
Adjust patch headers, reorganize all patches
Rework SRG to TSRG
Copy joined.exc and exceptor.json files.
Construct a config.json with choice versions of libraries.

The libraries versions are upstream dependencies, and must be recorded here before any progress can be made.

MCInjector: 3.4.5, with {map} and {exceptor} inputs:
