I cannot get this extension to work

I've never been able to get this to work. I've tried disabling all other extensions. I've tried both 'System' and 'Direct'. I've restarted Chrome.

I'm on Chrome Version 54.0.2840.59 (64-bit) on MAC OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

Same here, it's enabled and it shows a tiny label at the bottom with '192.168.80.100' but it doesn't make any effect at all.

Can't get this to work. Added entry for to be 127.0.0.1. But using ip works, and does not.
