Resizing game window crashes #3202

Any attempts to resize the game window (with 'Allow game window resizing' enabled) now results in a crash:
devenv_2024-12-21_12-26-44

This also prevents programs like Borderless Gaming from working with RoR.

Turns out the crash only occurs at the main menu, once in-game the window can be resized without issue.
