i am new to this, i can't figure out how to use it.

what is this used for?

like review contract?
judgement? law reference?
flow control for law?
or guide lawyer to solve certain case?

what can be done with lkif?

@lewismc what can i do with this ontology?

i've some basic idea about rdf rdfs owl and apache jena, i can use protege and write some sparql query, we're working on legal domain kg, i saw this but what todo with this?

what can i do with this ontology?

The ontology describes abstract, basic and legal concepts. You can therefore use it to describe relevant information which falls into those areas.

As an example, I have used this ontology to describe building regulations encoded in Akoma Ntoso language.

LoL what is regulations encoded? forgive my unlimited stupidity.

i'm not a jurist but work relate to law legal whatever, its hard for me to understand how those basic abstract vocabulary can be used. are there anything that can guide me.

You need to understand the concepts behind the ontology and their broader use before you can apply this ontology to some domain.
