Description

New tooling needs to be created as old one broke

Concerned code

  • eng/
  • src/

Gains

It will be an expandable system with support for

  • UWP
  • UAP (aka legacy UWP)
  • WinUI
  • Uno (not right now)
  • .NET Core

Requirements

  • Shared projects for each "component"
    i.e. Riverside.Toolkit.Helpers (Shared) has files referenced across multiple projects such as Riverside.Toolkit.Uwp.Shared with UWP-specific implementations
  • One namespace (even though packages are different, namespace is the same)
