Set up a GitHub Action for building the examples in Arduino IDE and PlatformIO environment.

I have already made first attempt in this branch:
https://github.com/RoboticsBrno/ServoESP32/tree/feature/add-github-workflow

But there were a few issues which I was unable to fix (didn't find a solution for that yet).

If anybody has suggestions on how to fix the build, please let me know (also PR with the fix would be really welcome).
