Creative and Newer Format for "Algorithms / Domain" Detail Tables, in ReadMe

As a beginner, while witnessing the ReadMe Section, it should be pretty clear about Algorithms / Tools.

Describe the solution you'd like
As more models would be added in the future, Models/Tools should not be only mentioned but categorized according to application field, with 1-2 line description and link to the class/function of the same.

Describe alternatives you've considered
More Creative and Neat, better will be ReadMe :)

Thanks to @Siddharth-Singh27 and @devyani-code, most of the Update part been done. Only Description Column is left. To be Done after Code Review.
