Livechat 'Chat opened by the visitor' trigger not working #650

This is my trigger config:

When I open the chat, nothing happens. This is the only trigger I have enabled.

If I change the Condition to 'Visitor time on site' (2 seconds), the chat is initiated automatically as expected.

Rocket chat version is 3.17.1

Edit: Have updated to version 4.0.1 and the issue still remains.
