Push notifications not working - communicate with directly google for push notification for while labeling app without any gateway?

Description:
Push notifications aren't being sent. Successfully sent on my end but the notification doesn't arrive.

Expected behavior:
Push notifications working

Actual behavior:
Notifications are not received.

I'm facing the mentioned issue. Any solution for communicating directly through google-service.json(firebase console) for push notifications while labeling the app without any gateway?

Perform the steps mentioned in https://developer.rocket.chat/docs/configuring-push-notifications doc but am not able to receive notification through Google FCM API Credentials, don't know what is the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
