-parser:info not functional with ligand docking setup tags

This is more tracking of a feature request/missing feature than something that needs fixing. The documentation also has the information needed.

The following is true for LigandArea, ClassicGrid, InterfaceBuilder, and MoveMapBuilder.

The rosetta_scripts application was used with the -parser:info flag.
Writing options for the indicated movers/filters/task operations/residue selectors/simple metrics/constraint generators/packer palettes:
