Add a console UI

It would be cool to have an interactive text / console UI as the default. We'd still want command line switches for CI and shell scripts, but with a UI we can walk people through things and present info in cool ways. For example, we could show a matrix component to let people choose thread / workgroup size and talk about the tradeoffs for each.
