CompartmentGrid for non rectangular shaped bins

Problem

'CompartmentGrid' has two parameters for wall thickness, 'inner_wall' and 'outer_wall'. The implementation is only smart enough to do this consistently with rectangular bins. For more unusual bin shapes, not all outer walls are treated equally.

Solution

Not really sure yet. Somehow come up with a way to reliable detect which wall should be considered an outer wall and which not.
