Wanted change/feature

  • Text: The XML examples in the tag libraries expand single-tag elements out into full tags. For example, <ead:eventtype value="created"/> expands into <eventtype value="created"></eventtype> in the TEI -> FOXML transformation.

Reporting a bug

  • Text: Expect that the text stays the same across transformations.

Suggested Solution

  • Text: Adjust the Taglibrary2pdf.xsl to not expand these tags.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Generate FOXML from the TEI
  2. Compare tags between documents
