VCF - manually set build message

The message "Unable to detect build please select manually and save VCF" doesn't make sense when viewed on the processing page, you have to click the link to VCF

While here, it also looks like if you upload a VCF w/o a build, then click reload on that page, it causes an “UploadStep matching query doesn’t exist”
