Meetup.com headaches:

dozens of ppl join the meetup, tens show up, very few ppl use the interactive features
- how to encourage interaction between members to increase motivation?
most ppl I know only use the date and location features of meetup.com
costs waaay too much for the utility
-- greed isn't good, in this case
