TBI - Upgrade @sap-ux/vocabularies-types

Description

As indicated by the CAP colleagues, there is an inconsistency in the dependencies of open-ux-tools and @sap/ux-specification with regards to @sap-ux/vocabularies-types; the specification module is already on 0.11.4, but the fe-fpm-writer module is on 0.10.0.
There is no ospo-renovate request for this upgrade (why?)
