Fix legend to compare_imodulons_vs_regulons #86

The legend of compare_imodulons_vs_regulons has different categories with different size

Two fixes should be made:

Make all circles the same size
Add a legend entry showing different sizes and what that means as far as # genes in each iModulon

avsastry added the enhancement label
