Various CSV's that need to be updated after new band installation

After new bands are installed, Jess pointed out we need to ensure that the following CSV's are updated:

1. Field forms: Remove dead trees, add new stems.
   a) Ensure biannual form has area (valued 1 thru 9) to ensure same quadrats aren't measured twice
   b) Ensure biweekly form has stems that are switched biannual vs biweekly
2. Not sure: scbi.dendroAll_2022.csv
3. dendro_ID.csv
4. dendro_trees.csv file
