Stem tags wrong for 92414 and 92545

In the spring biannual data tags 92414 and 92545 have strange stem tag numbers. From what I can tell, both should be '1' instead of '88' and '25' respectively.
Updating the scbi.dendroAll_2022.csv will also be necessary (but this will happen with the next batch of field measurements, correct?).
