  1. Install Server dependencies as required for setup.
  2. Double click the "open here" batch file.
  3. Run npm run test
Neptune-Server.Testing.mp4

~69% Code coverage, the lack of ability to test notifications is heavily dragging the average down.

Additionally, server unit tests are ran automatically on server code commits: https://github.com/SCCapstone/Neptune/actions/workflows/server-unit-tests.yml
