Encountering Build Error: No Rule for repofile

I'm facing an issue with the build process of sipxecs. When attempting to run the command make repofile, I receive the following error message:

home/sipxecs/mak/openfire.sipxecs.mk:12: warning: ignoring old recipe for target openfire.dist' make: *** No rule to make target repofile'. Stop.

I have checked the available documentation, but there is no information on the repofile target. therefore I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue or clarification on the correct usage of the make repofile command. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
