there were questions about . vs .x - could maybe link to discussion: https://forum.posit.co/t/function-argument-naming-conventions-x-vs-x/7764/10

people asked if they could always use . or .x and I told them purrr documentation is consistently saying .x but dplyr documentation says both.

  • Might need to cut a tiny bit in the lecture - had less time for the lab and had to stop early

  • lab - question 2 the digits were already at 1 - maybe could use a different data set? or do something else

could switch this to be after advanced data IO - cause we often have to start late so that takes up some time
