복구 로직 : trigger delete가 아닌 update로 수정
event scheduler로 영구 삭제가 아닌, 파일로의 영속화 고려
복구 시 foreign key 관련 점검

트리거 수정 시, CI/CD 파이프라인에도 적용되게끔
