Tooltips for Obj_args and BCSV fields #52

Suggestion to add tooltips when clicking on an object's arg (if Java supports it). The data for it should exist in objectdb.json already.

Additionally it would be cool to have tooltips for BCSV fields as well. This however will require a new lookup file similar to objectdb.

The first part is similar to #35 (or #19 for descriptions)
The second part is not, however.
