If you change an object's position, rotation, or scale, and before you press enter or click anywhere else, you click on another object in the object list, it will apply the change to the object you just selected instead of the original object you were editing. You will see the object move, but the number that you changed doesn't update until you select on the object again.
If you instead ctrl click, it will change both objects. If you shift click, it will change all of them at once. It only happens for selecting objects in the list and not the 3D viewport, and it doesn't happen for Obj_args, switches, etc.
