SOUI 2.x只提供了c++导出, golang估计调用不了。
SOUI 4.0提供了COM接口导出，支持C语言调用。如果golang能调用c接口，那就可以调用了。
https://github.com/SOUI4/soui, 这是soui4地址。不过SOUI4开源但不免费，注意开源协议的变化。
