This email (see below) can be improved by adding:

1. What was changed? Can you look at the last record updated and add some text to the email
   e.g. Skill added: .NET - Intermediate
   e.g, Blog updated: URL

2. This is unlikely that you can do it, but it would be great if you could put it in the format of
   From:
   X
   To:
   y

3. Remove duplication in CC - Only add the user to the "To" field not both.
