♻️ Updating profile picture seems broken

Pain

When you change your profile picture, it takes a few seconds (or more) before it updates on your profile. During this time there is no indication that something is happening in the background, so it just seems as though it hasn't worked.

What code could be improved?

Add a spinner over the profile picture while it is updating
