Sprint Retrospective

As part of our commitment to inspect and adapt as a team we conduct a Sprint Retrospective at the end of every Sprint. Here are the results of our Sprint Retrospective:

✅ What went well?

• Completed the Sprint Goal
• More than 50% done despite one developer on project
• Good user feedback/engagement

❌ What didn’t go so well?

• Only one dev on project
• Zach had to work on CodeAuditor for a good chunk of the Sprint

💡 What improvements will be made for the next Sprint?

• We should aim to release to the stores before end of Sprint if 1 or more PBIs have been completed
