Sprint Retrospective

As part of our commitment to inspect and adapt as a team we conduct a Sprint Retrospective at the end of every Sprint. Here are the results of our Sprint Retrospective:

✅ What went well?

• Achieved Sprint Goal
• We got some good designs from Ken

❌ What didn’t go so well?

• Lots of Not Dones
• Not strict Scrum - PBIs were planned two Sprints ahead
• Still just one dev on project
• Timezone - PO overseas
• No deployment

💡 What improvements will be made for the next Sprint?

• Hopefully more than one dev on Sprint
• Hand over PO responsibility while away
