This is a really awesome program. airbnb and some other platforms have decent pricing on long stays. I'm not super sure about the airbnb your place out option... feels like that can get complicated 😅. Once we're in AUS and enjoyed that culture a bit the family has always wanted to go to France and China already so this is an awesome opportunity to make that happen 😁 |

You must be joking with this mandatory "Cultural Exchange" nonsense. Are we employees or hostages being held to this corporate baloney? It's like you're forcing us to take part in some twisted version of The Amazing Race, and we're not even getting a prize at the end! I mean, really? Forcing us to leave our homes and drag our families halfway across the globe just so you can pretend you care about "teamwork" and "bonds across borders"? This is a colossal pile of nonsense! Oh, and don't even get me started on the fact that we have to pay 50% of the costs for this forced vacation! Are you kidding me?! What's next, SSW? Are you going to require us to participate in some bizarre, cult-like initiation ritual where we have to sacrifice a goat on an altar made of code and server parts? Or maybe we'll all have to get matching corporate tattoos, like a bunch of brainwashed drones who've lost all sense of individuality and self-respect. And the cherry on top? This ridiculous email template! "Please make me feel welcome!" More like, "Please help me survive this corporate nightmare you've dragged me into!" You know what? I refuse to be a part of this dystopian nonsense. If you want to treat us like mindless puppets, go ahead, but don't expect us to dance to your tune without a fight. I've had it with this mandatory "Cultural Exchange" garbage, and I won't be participating. Period. I can't believe this. I'm out. |

I love this idea, I am super excited about visiting SSW China and France!! However, I agree this shouldn't be compulsory since employees that already have kids or pets will probably find it difficult to do this cultural exchange every 2 years... |

I am so onboard with this, I'd love to go to China and France! And even to see Tiago in Canada! 🤣 The compulsory thing will make it hard for people with kids, but I'd love to see visitors from other offices if they have the choice! |

Loved the video ! Good job everyone. As for the cultural exchange program, I think that's a really cool idea but it shouldn't be mandatory. And it would be nice to have some kind of flexibility on the duration. |

Sounds like a fantastic idea! Having the opportunity to work in new places is exciting. I do however, agree with the others. This should be an optional activity as the costs can be quite high. |
