📄 Rules to better interfaces (reports, charts and dates) - move content and delete category

As per my conversation with @tiagov8, this category is not necessary as interfaces are related to interactions (UI and UX) while these rules are mostly visual-only. We need to move this category's content into other places and delete the category.

• Investigate each rule on this page
• Decide where it should be moved to
• Once all rules have been moved, delete the category

As per my conversation with @adamcogan, interfaces can relate to reports too.
Discuss with @tiagov8 on what action needs to be taken with this category.

• The rules on "Dates" seem unrelated to "Reports/charts".. so IMO they definiltely shouldn't be together
• I don't mind having a Interfaces (Reports and Charts) but at least the Dates should be moved somewhere else... I assume "Interfaces (Forms)"...

My suggestion is:

1. Rename "Rules to Better Interfaces (Reports, Charts, and Dates)" to "Rules to Better Data Visualization"
2. Rename "Rules to Better Interfaces (Forms)" to "Rules to Better Form Design"
3. Recategorise the date-related rules from Rules to Better Data Visualization to Rules to Better Form Design
4. Recategorise all 8 rules from Rules to Better Interfaces (Wizards) to Rules to Better Form Design
5. Archive Rules to Better Interfaces (Wizards) (consolidated form design rules into a single category)
